  • The Center for Environmental Information (CEI) is a non-profit organization that works with citizens, organizations, institutions, government and businesses to advance environmental sustainability, improve the water quality in the Lake Ontario Basin, and address under-attended priority issues affecting environmental quality in Upstate New York by: •Educating interested parties to increase their understanding and appreciation of the issues; •Collaborating with appropriate stakeholders to define problems and develop solutions; and •Facilitating the implementation of various initiatives/projects that the collaborations support.

GLRPPR is a member of the Pollution Prevention Resource Exchange, a national network of regional information centers: NEWMOA (Northeast), WRRC (Southeast), GLRPPR (Great Lakes), ZeroWasteNet (Southwest), P2RIC (Plains), Peaks to Prairies (Mountain), WSPPN (Pacific Southwest), PPRC (Northwest).
