Profile:

  • The goal of the Midwest Technical Resource Center for IPM in schools and childcare facilities is to help maintain safe and pest-free learning environments for children through improved pest management practices. The Center serves Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin and is housed at Purdue University. The Center provides valuable resources for administrators, teachers and pest management professionals on pest management practices, child care IPM and outdoor IPM as well as school IPM.

GLRPPR is a member of the Pollution Prevention Resource Exchange, a national network of regional information centers: NEWMOA (Northeast), WRRC (Southeast), GLRPPR (Great Lakes), ZeroWasteNet (Southwest), P2RIC (Plains), Peaks to Prairies (Mountain), WSPPN (Pacific Southwest), PPRC (Northwest).
