  • Montgomery County Solid Waste District is a department of Montgomery County‚Äôs Public Works Department. In addition to providing quality waste disposal services, the Solid Waste District provides a variety of recycling, recovery, reuse, waste reduction and litter prevention programs for the community, schools and businesses of Montgomery County. The Solid Waste District is also a proud affiliate of Keep America Beautiful.

GLRPPR is a member of the Pollution Prevention Resource Exchange, a national network of regional information centers: NEWMOA (Northeast), WRRC (Southeast), GLRPPR (Great Lakes), ZeroWasteNet (Southwest), P2RIC (Plains), Peaks to Prairies (Mountain), WSPPN (Pacific Southwest), PPRC (Northwest).
