  • Established in 1978, the Minnesota Renewable Energy Society is a Minneapolis-based non-profit organization committed to developing awareness and use of renewable energy resources across Minnesota. MRES is the state chapter of the American Solar Energy Society, the leading national nonprofit working to promote renewable energy. Over its illustrious 25 year history, MRES has become among Minnesota┬╣s more respected sources for expertise on renewable energy technologies and development.

GLRPPR is a member of the Pollution Prevention Resource Exchange, a national network of regional information centers: NEWMOA (Northeast), WRRC (Southeast), GLRPPR (Great Lakes), ZeroWasteNet (Southwest), P2RIC (Plains), Peaks to Prairies (Mountain), WSPPN (Pacific Southwest), PPRC (Northwest).
