IRRG is a nonprofit organization founded for the purpose of promoting the use of solar photovoltaic, solar thermal, wind, biogas digesters, biogas fuel cells, and hydropower in the State of Illinois. Through conferences, workshops, and the Internet, IRRG seeks to bridge the resource gap between the general public, private industry, agriculture, federal, state and local government by acting as a general statewide information clearinghouse and speakers bureau for renewable energy technologies.
