Profile:

  • Cooperative venture between CDOE and Chicago Police to identify areas heavily victimized by illegal "fly" dumpers and to catch the offenders with surveillance, vehicle impoundment and heavy fines. Residents witnessing dumping are encouraged to call 911 in emergencies, or the fly-dumping hotline at 312-744-7672 in all other circumstances.
