  • Pollution Prevention Services provides technical assistance to business and industry, institutions, governments that is confidential, non-regulatory and offered at no cost. A veteran team of part-time engineers provides pollution prevention, energy efficiency and EMS services. Pollution Prevention Services also offers a nationally recognized Pollution Prevention Intern Program which has helped 32 Iowa companies save $3 million in implemented annual pollution and waste reduction costs.

GLRPPR is a member of the Pollution Prevention Resource Exchange, a national network of regional information centers: NEWMOA (Northeast), WRRC (Southeast), GLRPPR (Great Lakes), ZeroWasteNet (Southwest), P2RIC (Plains), Peaks to Prairies (Mountain), WSPPN (Pacific Southwest), PPRC (Northwest).
