Profile:

  • The Northeast Minnesota Materials Exchange (NMME) is a FREE government service that helps save money and reduce environmental impact. The NMME facilitates connections between businesses that have reusable materials with those who can use them. Business wastes that can be exchanged include surplus, overstock virgin products, obsolete and off-specification goods, and by-products, as well as used or damaged materials.

GLRPPR is a member of the Pollution Prevention Resource Exchange, a national network of regional information centers: NEWMOA (Northeast), WRRC (Southeast), GLRPPR (Great Lakes), ZeroWasteNet (Southwest), P2RIC (Plains), Peaks to Prairies (Mountain), WSPPN (Pacific Southwest), PPRC (Northwest).
