  • The Office of Pollution Prevention and Compliance Assistance (OPPCA) provides pollution prevention and technical assistance, information, education, and pollution prevention loans to further improve environmental quality. The OPPCA emphasizes "green" technology, including pollution prevention, public infrastructure improvements, environmental restoration and protection, and compliance assistance.

GLRPPR is a member of the Pollution Prevention Resource Exchange, a national network of regional information centers: NEWMOA (Northeast), WRRC (Southeast), GLRPPR (Great Lakes), ZeroWasteNet (Southwest), P2RIC (Plains), Peaks to Prairies (Mountain), WSPPN (Pacific Southwest), PPRC (Northwest).
