Profile:

  • The Office of the Federal Environmental Executive is a White House-based office responsible to implement Administration policy on Federal environmental stewardship. The office is associated with the White House Council on Environmental Quality, which includes the President's senior environmental and natural resource advisors. OFEE focuses on waste/pollution prevention, recycling, green product purchasing, sustainable design/green buildings, and electronics stewardship.

GLRPPR is a member of the Pollution Prevention Resource Exchange, a national network of regional information centers: NEWMOA (Northeast), WRRC (Southeast), GLRPPR (Great Lakes), ZeroWasteNet (Southwest), P2RIC (Plains), Peaks to Prairies (Mountain), WSPPN (Pacific Southwest), PPRC (Northwest).
