Closing the Circle News is a newsletter produced by the White House Task Force on Waste Prevention and Recycling, which is chaired by the Federal Environmental Executive. This special issue focuses on Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and includes articles on: greening agricultural research, continuous environmental improvement, a code of environmental management principles, what an environmental management system is, key elements of an EMS, the National Park Service, EMS and Navy ship acquisition, the Army and ISO 14001, EMS resources, and pollution prevention and EMS.
