GLRPPR Sector Resource: Energy Star Portfolio Manager: Assess Building Performance

Title:
Energy Star Portfolio Manager: Assess Building Performance

Abstract:
Use Portfolio Manager to manage the energy performance of properties you own, manage, or hold as investment. The impact of factors outside of your control (e.g., location, occupancy, and fuel type) are removed, providing a 1-100 ranking of a building's energy performance relative to the national building market. Measured energy consumption forms the basis of the ranking and is the only true measure of performance. This tool may currently be used for office buildings, K-12 schools, grocery stores/supermarkets, hospitals, hotels and motels, residence halls, and warehouses.
