Abstract:
5-Star is a voluntary program that ranks participants on a scale of one to five stars. Each star is earned by meeting specific performance criteria. The program recognizes vehicle maintenance shops that go beyond the regulations to protect the environment and promote employee safety. This website describes the program, includes an application in PDF format, lists program participants, and provides a list of mentors.
