The Great Lakes Regional Online Brownfields Information Network (ROBIN)

Abstract:
ROBIN is an Internet clearinghouse for information about brownfields cleanup and redevelopment throughout the binational Great Lakes region. ROBIN was developed by the Great Lakes Commission as one of the products of the Council of Great Lakes Governors’ Brownfields Project. Topical pathways on the site include: cleanup programs; financing and development programs; real estate; technical assistance; laws and liability; ideas that work; case studies; and local initiatives. Administrative pathways on the site include: agencies and organizations, and information about ROBIN.
