Abstract:
In keeping with the goal of cost-effective actions to minimize releases of mercury and its compounds, a Canada-Wide Standard for reducing environmental releases of dental amalgam waste has been developed. The goal of the standard is to use "best practices" to minimize amalgam wastes released to the environment. (PDF Format; Length: 6 pages)
