GLRPPR Sector Resource: Accelerated Diffusion of Pollution Prevention Technologies (ADOP2T)

Title:
Accelerated Diffusion of Pollution Prevention Technologies (ADOP2T)

Abstract:
This article by Tim Lindsey of the Illinois Waste Management and Research Center (WMRC) describes WMRC's model for diffusion of pollution prevention technologies, known as Accelerated Diffusion of Pollution Prevention Technologies or ADOP2T. This model emphasizes that raising P2 awareness is not enough. The key to the model's success will be in providing the "how-to" knowledge required for successful implementation of P2 technologies; the model also provides readily measurable results.
