Abstract:
Following September 11, 2001, the concept of what constitutes a credible threat to the security of our nation’s critical infrastructure changed. On October 10, 2001 the U.S. House of Representative Subcommittee on Water Resources and Environment (SWRE) held a hearing to address potential terrorist threats to U.S. natural resources. This web site provides the purpose of, and background information for, this hearing.
