The feature story in this newsletter describes how insulation and other energy conserving features have improved the efficiency of homes but caused moisture problems to develop in the walls of some homes. This article also explains an Energy Center of Wisconsin (ECW) experiment designed to find out what affects the amount of moisture in walls. (Length: 3 pages)
