GLRPPR Sector Resource: California Paint Stewardship Program Evaluation

Title:
California Paint Stewardship Program Evaluation

Abstract:
At the request of PaintCare, the Product Stewardship Institute (PSI) evaluated the performance of the first two years of the PaintCare program in California. This report summarizes PSI's findings, based upon surveys conducted with four stakeholder groups -- HHW and waste management coordinators, paint retailers serving as collection points for unused paint, additional paint retailers in the state, and painting contractors.
