Abstract:
Cities across the U.S. are using green infrastructure to meet water quality goals and provide more livable communities. This Lancaster, PA case study highlights how installing green infrastructure in the combined sewer system area could reduce gray infrastructure capital investments and associated wastewater pumping and treatment costs, as well as producing a range of environmental benefits.
