GLRPPR Sector Resource: Bioenergy and Renewable Energy Community Assessment Toolkit

Title:
Bioenergy and Renewable Energy Community Assessment Toolkit

Abstract:
This set of matrices provides guidelines and formats for community leaders and residents to discuss alternative energy generation options and energy planning for the community. The matrices are qualitative in nature, and meant as a means to facilitate engaged dialogue, providing a starting point for discussion by presenting possible outcomes (positive, negative, neutral) of development of alternative energy sources.. The matrix for each alternative energy source includes environmental, economic, and social components.
