Abstract:
In spite of the economic downturn, the retail industry is continuing its efforts to drive sustainability through its supply chain. In the attached article, Five Winds Director and Head of Strategic Sustainability Services, Kevin Brady, proposes that major retailers are the 'pivot point' in sustainability as they influence thousands of suppliers and touch millions of customers. The article provides guidance on how to develop a strategic response to the retailers' efforts in a way that will position your company for long-term business success.
