This addendum to the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard (GHG Protocol) provides additional interpretation, guidance and examples tailored to the international aluminum industry. The goal of this addendum is to provide specific guidance to the international aluminum industry and stakeholders on the following areas: emission sources; definitions; methodologies for measuring and calculating GHG emissions; inventory boundaries; and best practices in GHG measurement and reporting.
