In this article from the August 2007 edition of Environmental Design + Construction, Harvey Bryan describes a revision of the Green Building Initiative's Green Globes environmental assessment and rating system to use CO2 as the basis for calculations in the energy section, rather that kBtu/sf/yr of energy consumed. Bryan is part of the technical committee undertaking the revisions.
