Abstract:
Safe Playgrounds is a project of the Center for Environmental Health. The project web site provides information on chromated copper arsenate (CCA) treated wood in outdoor playground equipment and the health risks associated with it. Available resources include fact sheets, relevant news, community action resources, an order form for arsenic test kits, information on alternatives to CCA-treated wood, and links for further information.
