Abstract:
This report, Copyright 2004 by the David Suzuki Foundation, describes how the Canadian province of Ontario could begin to immediately develop the abundant renewable energy sources while creating a new focus on conservation and energy efficiency. According to the report, the development of renewable energy in Ontario would result in a more reliable, cost-effective electricity system, cleaner air, tens of thousands of new jobs, and the development of a vibrant industry.
