IPM for Pennsylvania Schools: A How-To Manual Revised 2004 Edition

Specifically for Pennsylvania schools, this 136-page manual is available online in parts or in its entirety. You may also order hard copies of the manual; copies are free for all Pennsylvania school districts and $7 plus $5 shipping and handling per order for all other interested parties. See the web site for specific ordering details. The manual is divided into four parts. Part I includes an introduction, a section on getting started with school IPM and IPM information for the school administrator. Parts 2 and 3 include information on specific pests found in and around schools, such as ants, clothes moths, carpet beetles, cockroaches, fleas, flies, mosquitoes, head lice, rodents, book lice, silverfish, firebrats, yellowjackets, hornets, and wood-damaging pests. Information on IPM for the lawn, trees and shrubs, and weeds is also included. Part 4 contains the literature cited and supplemental materials.
