Parking at and near the Hyatt Regency:

The Hyatt Regency Chicago is offering a 20% discount on their parking rate to conference attendees. Their current rates are as follows:

(0-2) Hours: $30.00
(2-4) Hours: $38.00
(4-6) Hours: $50.00
(6-24) Hours: $52.00

If you plan to take advantage of the special parking rate and are staying at the Hyatt as part of the room block, the discounted rate will be included in your bill at checkout. If you are not staying at the Hyatt but park at the hotel, please pick up a parking voucher at registration to ensure you receive the discounted rate.

Additional parking can be found at the Illinois Center Garage at 111 E. Wacker Drive (312) 819-5051. This public garage is located just west of the Hyatt. Enter on Wacker Drive. Pricing is as follows and does not include in/out privileges:

0 - 1 hr: $17
1 - 2 hrs: $21
2 - 12 hrs: $26
12 - 18 hrs: $30
18 - 24 hrs: $35
Early Bird - in by 10am, out by 7pm - $18
Evening Special - in between 4-7pm, out by 7am - $13

Taxi Cabs:

The Hyatt Regency is located approximately 20 miles from O'Hare Airport and 12 miles from Midway Airport. Taxi fares to/from O'Hare range between $40 and $45 and to/from Midway between $30 and $35.

Airport Shuttle Services:

Several shuttle and limousine companies are available for rides from Chicago's O'Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW) Airports to downtown Chicago and the Hyatt Regency. For more information please see the service counters in the airport terminals.

GO Airport Express:

GO Airport Express is a shared ride shuttle provider for Chicago's O'Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW) Airports to Downtown Chicago. GO Airport Express provides economical shared ride shuttle services with vans departing from O'Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW) Airports every 15 minutes to and from Downtown Chicago. Chicago Transit Authority:

Chicago's Transit Authority (CTA) is the City of Chicago's public transportation system that can carry you around town and to neighboring communities. Presently, CTA service is provided by bus and rail. For more information please visit www.transitchicago.com.

Train from O'Hare (ORD):

Train pick-up is below the baggage claim area (follow signs to CTA). Take "L-Train" to Clark/Lake stop (approx. 7 blocks from Hyatt Regency). Take a cab from the Clark/Lake stop or walk East on Lake to Stetson St, turn left at Stetson St and walk 1 block to the hotel.

Train from Midway (MDW):

From the airport take the Orange Line to the State and Lake Street stop. Walk 1 block north to Wacker. Take a right on Wacker and the hotel is approximately 3 blocks.
